15-Minute Vegetarian Chili

1 (15-oz.) can no-salt-added kidney beans
1 (15-oz.) can no-salt-added black beans
1 (15-oz.) can no-salt-added fire-roasted tomatoes
1 cup low-sodium salsa
1 tsp. dried onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
3/4 cup (1/2 of 8.8-oz. bag) Whole Foods 365 Everyday Value
          Organic Long Grain Brown Rice (ready in ten minutes)

Combine all ingredients, including rice poured from bag, in a
saucepan.

Cover and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.

Serve with hot sauce and/or Baked Tortilla Chips (Baked Tortilla Chips).

Makes 2-3 servings.
