Easy Fried Rice With Veggies

3 Tbsp. cooking liquid (water, broth, etc.)
2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
16-oz. frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed
3 cups cooked brown rice
1/2 tsp. granulated garlic (optional)
1/2 tsp. ground ginger (optional)

Heat skillet over medium heat, add cooking liquid and swirl to coat
pan.

Add veggies, cook, stirring often, for 1-2 minutes.

Add rice, cook for 10 minutes, and stir often until rice is light
brown.

Add soy sauce, stir to coat rice. Add garlic and ginger, if
desired. Stir. Serve warm.

Makes 4 servings.
