Poultry Seasoning

1 Tbsp. dried rosemary
1 Tbsp. dried thyme
1 Tbsp. dried sage
1 Tbsp. dried marjoram (or oregano)
1 Tbsp. dried parsley (or basil)

Grind the dried herbs with a mortar and pestle until they are
course, but not powdered. Store in a tightly covered container
until ready to use.
