Thanksgiving Bean Burger

1 (15-oz.) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15-oz.) can great northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup dry rolled oats
1 cup cooked brown rice
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. Simply Organic All-Purpose Seasoning
2 Tbsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. low sodium vegetable broth

In a large bowl, mash beans with a potato masher. Add all other
burger ingredients and stir to combine well.

Divide mixture into eight equal portions. Shape each portion
into a burger. Place burgers on a plate in the refrigerator for
at least 20 minutes.

Grill burgers on a preheated George Foreman grill for about 10
minutes. Top each burger with about 2 Tbsp. cranberry sauce for
a holiday taste.

Makes 8 burgers.
