2 cups water 2 cups pineapple juice 1 tsp. whole cloves 2 sticks cinnamon (plus extra for garnish) 1 lemon, halved and sliced Heat water and pineapple juice in a saucepan until it boils. Add cloves, cinnamon, and lemon and lower heat. Simmer 10 minutes over medium heat. Remove cloves and cinnamon and serve hot. Garnish each mug with a cinnamon stick. Makes 5 servings.
