Easy Crock Pot Spanish Rice

2 cups uncooked brown rice
1 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 (15-oz.) can diced tomatoes, including liquid
1 3/4 cups water or low sodium vegetable broth
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 cup salsa

Combine all ingredients in a crock pot or slow cooker.

Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
