4 cups carrots, sliced thin 1 cup sliced celery 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup low sodium vegetable broth 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Table Blend 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme 1/4 teaspoon pepper In a large skillet, saute the carrots, celery and onion in broth until tender. Stir in the lemon juice, Mrs. Dash, thyme and pepper; heat through. Makes 4 servings.
