Pintos and Corn Topping
1 (16-oz.) bag frozen organic corn
1/2 (16-oz.) bag frozen onions, diced
1 (16-oz.) bag frozen mixed peppers
1 cup low sodium salsa (mild or medium)
1 (15-oz.) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend
2 Tbsp. dried parsley leaves
1 pinch Simply Organic All-Purpose Seasoning
1 pinch ground black pepper
Place all ingredients except spices into a large pot and cook
over medium-high heat until bubbly and tender.
Add seasoning and cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve over rice, baked potatoes, etc.
