Holiday Eggnog


1 1/2 very ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups water
2 tsp. imitation rum extract
1/2 tsp. powdered nutmeg
Garnish: few pinches of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)

Place all the ingredients in a blender and liquefy.

Serve chilled.

Add cinnamon or nutmeg on top for garnish.

Makes 1 serving.

Variation:  Add ice to create a yummy eggnog frappe!
