1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp. ground ginger 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries Mix together the rolled oats, cinnamon, and ginger. Add the berries and stir well. Place in a jar and add about 1/2 cup water. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Makes 1 serving. NOTE: These breakfast jars are healthy and portable to grab one and go in the morning.
